Hi! We’re Jessa & Sally

Arlington Sew aims to be a one-stop spot for you to find reliable and user-friendly sewing information.

You’ll find info organized by four main categories: sewing machines, embroidery machines, sewing inspiration, and sewing resources.

We share all kinds of helpful tips including beginner-friendly sewing and embroidery machine reviews, and the best places to find tutorials and classes. We also discuss our favorite sewing podcasts, youtube channels, and interview creative sewists so you always have the latest sewing resources, no matter your skill level.

The only thing left to do is decide is when you’ll get started!

About Jessa & Sally

By day, Jessa is an editor and Sally is a graphic designer. By night, we’re super seamsters – Jessa on her trusty (aka “old”) Singer Confidence and Sally on her Brother SE1900! We both 4th generation sewists and we’re proud to keep the tradition going by sharing resources that make it easy to get started (or go further).

We review and promote things that we have personal experience with or that we’ve researched intensely. We promise to always be real and never promote products, equipment, or programs that we don’t honestly believe are great.

Our hope is to make Arlington Sew a friendly place that pulls the best sewing resources together in one place so you can get started quickly – or take your current skill to the next level.

If life is a canvas, let’s sew on some sequins and embroider all over it!
